1. Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return or refund only if:
- They are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- The request is made within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Note: For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

To request a return or refund:

3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.
4. Replacements & Exchanges
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Exchanges for different products are not available unless approved by our support team.
5. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and with all documentation intact.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products outside the 14-day return window
- Any product restricted by local regulations or safety guidelines
